Air Max 270, Miami-based apparel and footwear retailer SoleFly follows up its Air Jordan 10 anniversary sneakers with an Air Jordan 1 Low “Carnivore” inspired by the Nike SB Dunk Low “Bison” from ‘93 and 2003 release of the Nike Air Carnivore.the collaborative pairs feature black suede on the laterals and heel tab, and red suede overlays on the toebox. A beige-on-black camo leather mudguard runs across the toe, and a similarly patterned beige-on-beige panel is found on the heel counter, along with mismatched SoleFly and Air Jordan ball-and-wings embroidery.
The SoleFly x Air Jordan 1 Low OG Carnivore draws inspiration from the carnivorous wildlife of the Florida Everglades. Smothered in ferocious patterns, beige debossed toe wrap and heel wrap pop against a black and red premium suede upper. Seen on the toe-box is the pattern, applied in a dimensional matter that sees the brown exterior layer raised above the black interior. The heel opts for a tonal look, matching the hues while keeping the same debossed finish. The insoles, curiously enough, repeats the pattern with a different material treatment via a spongy cork. The remainder of the shoe’s design consists of a classic black/red mix in suede. The toebox features the daring hue, while the quarter, heel, and lace collar is flooded in black.
The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Beluga Reflective builds off of the original Beluga colorway by adding reflective qualities and speckled orange accents to its Primeknit upper. Signature details like a Boost sole and orange side stripe complete the design. In colorway, the pair follows the original very closely. The Primeknit, for starters, is ever-so-slightly speckled with orange accents, albeit ones so subtle they’re quickly drowned out by the dark shades of grey adjacent.
