Originally released in 1998, the Air Jordan 14 takes inspiration from a love of sports cars and is personified through its sleek lines and premium materials. This retro release is from 2014, featuring an addition ribbed quarter paneling, unlike the original release’s smooth full-grain leather. Arguably one of the most underrated original colorways of the Air Jordan 14, the “Black Toe” version, was a release that is still considered a classic despite the fact that Michael Jordan never wore them on court.

In 2018, Air Jordan Basketball Shoes would re-release the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” with 45 stamped on the back heel tabs as a nod to the jersey number that Michael Jordan wore upon his return to basketball following his first retirement. The past couple years Jordan Brand has been re-releasing some of their iconic Air Jordan 11 colorways with the higher-cut patent leather and 45 on the heels. Debuted in 2016, the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” celebrate the 20th anniversary of the movie “Space Jam” starring Michael Jordan, who wore the shoes in both the movie and the 1995 NBA Playoffs.
