The shoe’s lightweight upper is constructed from white Primkenit with black leather overlays and matching black laces. It’s mounted on an Ash Green Futurecraft 4D midsole, a lattice-like structure made by combining programmable liquid resign with light and oxygen in an innovative process known as Digital Light Synthesis.

Air Jordan Shoes kicked off their “Cap and Gown” series with the Air Jordan 11 back in May 2018. Part of their Summer 2019 lineup, they’ll be adding to it with the Air Jordan 13. Also known as the “Prom Nights” these come in a clean all-black colorway, and pay homage to Michael Jordan’s original design influence of wanting a basketball sneaker that he could also wear off-court, with a nice suit. Representing graduation ceremonies across the country, these “Cap and Gown” XI’s feature a suede upper with patent leather detailing, a black metal “Jumpman” logo on the ankle and rope laces inspired by graduation cords.
