Much like the Air Jordan 13 from 2014, New Air Jordans 2019 will be releasing the Air Jordan 6 in a brand new reflective colorway. the new AJ6s feature the same midsole, outsole, throat, heel tab, and OG Nike Air heel branding as their timelessly styled brethren. However, there’s one major difference: they swap out the standard black nubuck upper for a shimmering slate of high-vis reflective material. Along with its 3M upper, the shoe also includes Nike Air branded heels completed with signature icy outsoles.
After the iconic “Infrared” Air Jordan 6 released to much fanfare over All-Star Weekend, Air Jordan Shoes is looking to keep the classically colored vibes rolling into the warmer months with a new “Reflective Infrared” take on the silhouette MJ captured his first-ever NBA Championship in. The classic is back: This Air Jordan 6 Retro “Infrared” sports a black leather upper, details in “Infrared”, perforations with underlying reflective 3M details, a pull tab on the heel, a lace lock, NIKE Air and Jumpman details and of course also a NIKE Air element in the heel.
Nike SB and Retro Jordan will be collaborating to release a new set of Air Jordan 1 colorways that will once again include a DIY-style. Following a look at the Lakers-inspired colorway, this one sports a more neutral tone that is highlighted with wear away paint to reveal a new set of colors underneath, making them unique to their wearer. The Black reveals a Pink color, to match the insoles, while the Grey reveals an Orange tone, similar to the Nigel Jordan 1. Finishing off the design are Nike SB tongue labels and branded insoles.
