Buy The Sneaker, The Off-White x Air Jordan 5 “Sail” is one of two colorways from Virgil Abloh and Jordan Brand expected to release later this year and will celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the model. the shoe’s creator debuted a previously unseen colorway of his collaboration out of nowhere. One pair is inspired by the OG “Metallic” Air Jordan 5, and the other, shown here, nods to the original “Fire Red” release. This Air Jordan 5 features a Sail upper, 3M reflective tongues, Black midsole with Fire Red overlays atop an aged translucent outsole.
This Air Jordan 5 somewhat resemble the Off-White x Air Jordan 5 Sample, utilizing Sail across the upper while Silver lands on the tongue. As he’s known to do, Abloh also went full DIY mode on his pair, using a knife to cut the “windows” out, which he told The Undefeated is part of his 100% design concept. Following we have Fire Red used on the 23 while Black and Red land on the midsole, which is taken from the Fire Red release. Completing the look is an aged Yellow outsole. Elsewhere, the synthetic materials are layered across the forefoot and profile in Sail tone, the cages and eye stays laid above tinted marginally darker in possible nod to vintage. Red “23” logo hits then stamp the counter in complement to the lace toggle and Jumpman insignia, while “Nike Air” rests further back atop the midsole’s dark black coating.
This Clippers-edition of the Nike PG 4 features a mix of Black, Blue, and Red contrasting accents throughout the shoe detailed with White Swooshes on the sides. Dressed in a Black, Metallic Silver, and Rush Blue color scheme. A Black midsole atop a camo rubber outsole completes the design. This Nike Air VaporMax 2020 features a Flyknit upper upper constructed of recycled polyester yarns with FlyEase lacing tech. A marbleized heel atop its signature recycled full-length VaporMax Air unit completes the design.
