One of the biggest comebacks of 2020 was the return of Retro Jordan first women’s exclusive shoe, the Air Jordan Women’s OG from 1998. This pair’s color scheme, perhaps inspired by the Chicago Bulls, immediately demands attention as a bold scarlet hue takes over toe boxes, midfoot panels, laces and tongue, as well as inner linings and heel overlays. Visual and material contrast up top comes by way of a black mesh omega pattern that divides the leather base into three profile segments; branding also follows suit in the black accent. Rounding out the fan-favorite palette, white midsoles offer comfort and performance functionality given their carbon fiber plate and herringbone traction tread.
The women’s Air Jordan Shoes is eager to follow up last month’s release – its first in 22 years – as it’s recently emerged in two non-original, but compelling colorways: “Barely Rose” and now “University Red.” One of those includes this upcoming “University Red” offering that features a Red leather upper with Black mesh overlays and branding atop a White midsole. Much of this silhouette’s recognizable DNA is shared with the Air Jordan 13, including the carbon fiber plate in the midsole for support, herringbone traction zones to keep more of the outsole in contact with the street, and the Jumpman flying high over the “W” embroidered on the heel.
Jordans 2019 Cheap, This offering of Ambush’s Nike Dunk High sports an all-Pink premium leather upper with matching tonal branding and dual tongue tags.
