Retro Jordan will be releasing an upcoming Nike LeBron 17 “Space Jam” Pack during 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend honoring the sequel to Space Jam starring LeBron James. First debuted by James himself via an Instagram story in June of 2019, the LeBron 17 features a a “Knitposite” upper with a cushioning unit that is said to be comprised of 720 Max Air and Zoom at the forefoot.
The Nike LeBron 17 is the seventeenth signature model in LeBron James’s long-running partnership with Nike. Designed to match his explosiveness, the Nike LeBron 17 sneakers feature Nike’s largest Max Air unit to date, visible from heel-to-toe. Plus, Nike’s newest upper material – KnitPosite – is lighter, more durable and offers the support LeBron (and you) need on the court. A perfect combination of strength, speed and almighty game play, the LeBron 17 shoes are your go-to choice for game day.
The 2019 Jordan is part of the Nike LeBron 17 Space Jam Pack that will also include a Nike LeBron 17 Low Monstars Toon Squad that has yet to be unveiled. Signature LBJ branding shifts from the previous version’s heel and outsole to the tongue, where jagged stitching at the top symbolizes The King’s crown. For soft impact protection, the largest Max Air unit for a LeBron shoe occupies the heel while dual Nike Zoom Air units reside in the forefoot.
