The Retro Jordan has never failed to gather an audience. It’s distinction in footwear history is unmatched, and to this day nothing can quite turn a head like the patent leather mudguard can. The last two Holiday seasons, the Air Jordan 11 Retro managed to break records as the single best selling shoe in Nike/Jordan history, and it doesn’t appear that any other shoe in the archives can go toe-to-toe with the upcoming re-issue of the Air Jordan 11 “Bred”. This Air Jordan 11 features a White upper with a shiny Silver-encrusted finish replacing the traditional glossy patent overlay adding for a nice luxurious touch. A White midsole atop a translucent outsole completes the design.
New Air Jordans 2019 annual tradition of releasing an Air Jordan 11 during the Holiday season will continue this year, The colorways missed the mark and they, quite frankly, bombed at retail. However, this new colorway that also includes white leather uppers and a translucent “icy” sole without the controversial blue tint will most certainly fare better due to its simpler and more elegant package. Prior to that monumental release, Jordan Brand is dropping another women’s exclusive Air Jordan 11 Retro, seen here in a White/Metallic Silver-Vast Grey colorway. Gone is the glossy patent finish, and taking its place is a shiny silver-encrusted finish that adds a truly feminine touch of luxury.
This offering of the Nike Air Force 1 features a White leather upper with Tan side panels covered in White stars, and Metallic Silver on the rear in White dots. A Silver Swoosh logo on the sides, matching-colored laces, Tan leather tongue labels, with a Red transparent heel tab completes the design.
