Constructed from genuine suede and faux lizard-print, uppers on the forthcoming pair are clad in “Black.” Mudguards are interrupted by a chrome-finished midfoot accent in the iconic purple hue, just as the top two eyelets. Drawing from the “Flu Game” colorway, the Air Jordan 12 Retro ‘Dark Concord’ features similar color-blocking with updated colors. Built with black suede, the upper is highlighted by Dark Concord in place of Varsity Red. Metallic silver eyelets further accent the design, while underfoot, Air cushioning works with a midsole plate to provide cushioning and stability.

Dressed in a Black and Dark Concord color scheme. This Air Jordan 12 features a Black upper with Purple contrasting accents throughout, Gone is the silhouette’s traditional blocking in favor of a completely murdered-out, lightly sueded black upper. Sole units are jet black, too, with stark white accents popping at the toe Jumpman. Heel pull tabs and branding on the tongue also indulge in the titular hue, which is most famous for its appearance on the Jordan 11. Carbon fiber tooling visible underfoot deviate from the retro’s overwhelmingly dark color palette with a white and grey arrangement, the former hue also taking over “23” logos on the heel and text on the tongue.

This offering of the Air Jordan 5 will include details from the Tokyo, Shanghai, Raging Bull, Bel-Air, Laser, Green Bean, Army Olive and Quai 54 colorways. The shoe features a mismatched Yellow and Red color blocking. Each heel comes with a Japanese character and medallion embroidery from the “Tokyo 23” and “Shanghai” colorways, respectively. Other details includes graphic lining from the “Bel-Air” and “Laser” Jordan 5s with 3M reflective tongues and translucent netting on the sides.
