Since its inception over 35 years ago, the Air Jordan 1 has entrenched itself as a wardrobe staple—and this edition is built to honour that long-standing history. The AJ1 Low OG tweaks the silhouette to accentuate heritage-inspired features, including an elevated logo on the heel tab and Nike Air branding in place of the Jumpman mark seen on more recent adaptations. This special women’s edition pays homage to its long history by taking references from the 1985 OG “Neutral Grey” colorway and adding classic details to its design, such as the heel logo and Nike Air branding on the tongue instead of the Jumpman we’ve seen in previous iterations.
The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Neutral Grey is the perfect combination of style and cost-efficiency. Releasing within the same year as its high-top predecessor, the sneaker dropped just in time for summer.Smooth leathers that compose the upper half are flooded with a bright white, and balanced out with titular Swoosh logos that are engineered with buttery suedes. Matte grey finishes also take a seat at the table here as they coat the more favored Nike Air logos that rest on the tongues as well as the ball-and-wings insignias that cling to the heels.
Dressed in this unique pop palette, the Kaws x Sacai x Nike Blazer Low Purple Blue, also sees KAWS’s legendary “XX” motif lasered onto the midsole. Balancing Abe’s ethos of mixing harmony with abstraction, KAWS’s eye for vibrancy and boldness takes this sacai Blazer Low to a new aesthetic space.the shoe is constructed of smooth purple leather with multicolored overlapping eyestays and Swooshes, drawing inspiration from the palettes prevalent in KAWS’ most renowned pieces of art. KAWS XX insignias are debossed on the lateral toe. From there, doubled tongues, soles, and laces complete the design.
