Similar to past years, Nike SB Dunk is expected to drop a special collection of footwear and apparel in celebration of June’s LGBTQ+ Pride Month. Over the past several years, the company’s “Be True” series has shown the Oregon-based company’s commitment to gender and sexual expression, outfitting handfuls of Nike Sportswear and performance designs in colors and with details inspired by the LGBTQIA+ community. At quick glance, Nike SB‘s latest proposition indulges in a relatively understated ensemble, with the majority of the upper and sole unit donning a “White” look. Recently-unveiled product shots, however, reveal that the multi-color-accented shoes feature a wear-away finish, revealing a medley of hues underneath the top coat of paint.

Adding to the look is multicolored stitching throughout the upper along with “Be True” branding embroidered on the heel. The tongue also features zipper detailing with a hidden stash pocket. Additional design elements consist of a zippered stash pocket on the tongue, “BE TRUE” embroidered on the heel area in rainbow colors, mismatching laces and heel tabs, as well as gradient Swooshes on the tongue tags. Finally, a white rubber sole round out the style nicely.
