Over the years we have heard rumors that the New Air Jordan 5 Raging Bull would be making a return, however we have confirmed with our sources that you can expect this pair to return by itself (not part of the pack) in 2021. The Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull” will finally be making its return during Spring/Summer 2021. Much like its original release, this Air Jordan 5 features a Red suede upper with matching Red laces. “23” embroidered heels, reflective tongues, Black detailing and midsole atop a translucent outsole completes the design.
2021 New Jordan, The “Red Suede” Air Jordan 5 was originally released alongside the “3M” pair as part of the “Raging Bulls” Pack also referenced as the “Toro Bravo” Pack in 2009. Both pairs came housed in a special wooden box with a bulls eye in Red. The design pays homage to the classic SB logo with a re-imagined Nike BB logo on the tongue and heel. It’s dressed in a Cool Cream hue on the midsole with hits of Blue stitching throughout.
Featuring a new silhouette as bold as its predecessors, Nike launched the Air Jordan 5, designed by Tinker Hatfield, in 1990. It maintained the mesh side panels with its predecessor and took another bold step with its look—it included the first appearance of a translucent sole on a Jordan signature sneaker. Tinker Hatfield drew inspiration from World War II era fighter planes when he implemented the infamous “shark-teeth” look into the sneaker’s design along the midsole. The original release of the Jordan 5 included four colorways, including Black Metallic Silver, Fire Red, and Grape and has maintained its popularity through the recent collaboration with Off-White.
