To celebrate 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago, Jordans 2019 Cheap will be releasing a pair of Air Jordan 3s for the occasion, with one of the being this “Red Cement” colorway. Effectively mixing heritage schemes and non, the pair basks in its Fire Red coloring as it dyes much of the upper in an all-over execution in a way not too dissimilar to DJ Khaled’s “Grateful” colorway from a few years back. Elephant print keeps intact some of the most signature elements of the silhouette’s DNA, coupling on white midsoles, grey eye stays and lining, and “Nike Air” right on the heel.
Retro Jordan, With MJ’s second slam dunk contest win, this time wearing AJ III White Cements, came an inspiring and memorable image of flight. And with it, another icon is born — the Jumpman. This Air Jordan 3 is basically a Red version of the iconic “Black Cement” OG. It features a Red tumbled leather upper paired with elephant print overlays on the toe and heel, along with Grey leather on the perforated eyelets, ankle collar, and smooth leather tongue with a Red Jumpman logo. A Black heel tab with “Nike Air” branding completes the design.
Nike Shoes, What is now one of the sneaker world’s most notable silhouettes was brought to life with an architect’s keen eye. Here, and with the help of his MVP nomination and a certain Mars Blackmon, Michael Jordan and his sleek footwear are shuttled to fame. Tinker Hatfield, the auspicious name behind much of the Air Jordan franchise, was the visionary behind this classic. At the request of MJ, Hatfield developed the now iconic elephant print. Dressed in a Fire Red, Cement Grey, and Black color scheme.
